Online Purchases:
All online sales are final. We understand that this may be inconvenient for some customers, but due to the nature of online sales, we cannot guarantee the quality of the product once it has left our facility.
In-Store Purchases:
For in-store purchases, we allow returns within 72 hours of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was when purchased. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of the sale if the product is defective or damaged. In this case, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
Exceptions:
There are certain situations in which we may make exceptions to our return/refund/exchange policy. For example, if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no cost to the customer. If a customer receives the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy criteria.
